In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. If you have not received a reply within 24 business hours, please first check your SPAM folder. If you still can't find our reply, please verify that you entered your correct email address when creating the ticket. As an alternative, if you have any problems using our ticketing system you can simply email support@diztronic.com and a ticket will be automatically created for you.
